3. You'll receive a DHL return label from us via email for printing, allowing you to send your empty bottles back to us at no cost.

4. Upon receiving your empty bottles, we will inspect, refill, and promptly return them to you after payment confirmation.

Important Notes:

• Following the refill, certain safety guidelines apply, including protection against direct sunlight and storage in a well-ventilated, dark area, away from children.

• Due to hazardous materials restrictions, we can only ship this item within Germany.

• Bottles/cylinders without valid TÜV certification will be returned to you empty and subject to applicable charges.
